Needling uses the monofilament needles in acupuncture but is separate in treatment method.  Needling is an excellent tool for pain and uses thin needles to stimulate homeostatic trigger points (HTPs) in various body regions.  Dr. Helton has successfully used dry needling in the treatment of:
