Dr. Helton is a native of Seminole, TX and attended Texas Tech for his undergraduate requirements. Dr. Helton earned his Doctorate from Parker College of Chiropractic. In 1998, he began practice in Seminole and in 2001 opened his 2nd practice in Lubbock. In 2007, Dr. Helton became a Kennedy Decompression Therapy Certified Doctor for non-surgical treatment of spinal disc problems. He obtained his Fellowship in acupuncture from the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture in 2009. In 2015, he earned National Certification in Non-Surgical Disc Decompression. He served on the Board of Directors of the Texas Chiropractic Association. He was voted “Best of the West” for Lubbock Chiropractors in 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014. In 2005, he and his wife completed the New York City Marathon. Dr. Helton is a private pilot, scuba diver, proud husband to Mandy and father of Ella, Quinn and Willa. He is committed to providing not only the most advanced treatments available, but also to maintaining the highest level of training possible in order to help more people live happy and healthy lives.
Dr. Chambless is a native of Carlsbad, NM and is a second generation chiropractor. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a degree in Exercise and Sports Science and received his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Parker University. He holds certifications in Class IV laser therapy from K-Laser and Non-Surgical Disc Decompression from Parker University's national program. In 2014, he became a staff doctor at Helton Chiropractic in Lubbock. Dr. Chambless has a passion for sports and outdoors and is married to his wife, Megan.
Dr. Ramos is a native of Plains, TX and attended Lubbock Christian University. He received his Doctorate from Parker University. He is nationally certified in Non-Surgical Disc Decompression from Parker University. Dr. Ramos is the clinic director for Helton Chiropractic Lamesa. His wife, Krista, teaches at O' Donnell Elementary.
