We are NOT in network with Cigna and we DO NOT accept Worker's Compensation at this time.

 

There are several options for patients without insurance or with limited coverage.

• ChiroHealth USA (CHUSA):  The CHUSA program is a discount program that allows members to get a 30% discount off our cash prices on most services we provide. 

 

ChiroHealth USA also limits the first visit to $99 regardless of how in-depth the examination or number of X-rays taken.  This can save up to $200 on your first visit.

• CareCredit: we accept CareCredit if you are already participating or we can show you how to apply.

• Auto-Debit Payment Plans: 3-6 month installment plans are available
